GAUGES SEMICONDUCTOR PRESSURE GAUGE SPG10 |
The Semiconductor Pressure Gauge SPG10 is a secondary resistance pressure gauge, made of heavily doped bulk n-InSb single crystal. This type of pressure gauge is characterised by relatively high sensitivity to pressure and is low sensitive to non-hydrostatic stresses.
The SPG10 gauge is in form of 4x0.3x0.4mm crystal with four electric contacts.
